What Makes M-Files a Great Place to Work

Personal & Team Bonus Plans

M-Files celebrates shared success by providing personal and team bonus plans, as well as company-level Winning Together bonuses.

Flexible Work & WFA

You can choose the right work location for you, in consultation with your supervisor. Work From Anywhere (WFA) means you can work in any country with an M-Files office for a maximum of 60 days or anywhere else for a maximum of 30 days.
