How long have you been an M-Files partner?
We have been M-Files partners for 11 years. We started small, but now we have a team of 20 information specialists, and we were named the M-Files EMEA Partner of the Year in 2023.

Why did you choose to become an M-Files Partner?
Back in 2014, we were looking for a solution to manage documents and business information for our clients and ourselves. After an extensive search of available ECM solutions, we chose M-Files as the best solution on the market.

Would you recommend joining the M-Files Partner Program, and why?
Yes, absolutely! M-Files brings tremendous value to all our clients. Furthermore, M-Files perfectly complements Microsoft 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem that most companies and organizations use today.

Do you target any specific industry or region? If so, which ones?
We operate exclusively in Western Switzerland. Our main focus areas are the construction industry, professional services (such as engineers and architects), and public administration, including cities and local governments.

What are the key benefits you provide to your customers?
In addition to offering M-Files as a fantastic platform for handling documents and information, we help our clients digitalize their business and improve their daily operations. We also provide business analysis and change management resources for our clients.

What do you like most about M-Files?
With M-Files, any company or organization can improve information management while keeping all team members happy and engaged with a fun and easy-to-use platform. Compared to our local competitors, M-Files is an evolving platform that introduces new features every year.

How valuable do you think automation and AI are for knowledge workers in the current information management landscape?
With M-Files workflows, automation is already helping knowledge workers in their daily tasks. AI is already present in our daily lives: most of our colleagues keep a GenAI prompt open to enhance their productivity.

The key value we have to offer our customers is integrating generative AI into business-critical information and processes. M-Files Aino and Microsoft Copilot are specifically designed for this purpose.
