M-Files’ partnership with Microsoft shows that they listen to our customers and deliver on the changing requirements in the market. Additionally, the platform's flexibility in integrations and customizations allow companies like ours to deliver solutions that meet almost all business requirements.

How valuable do you think automation and AI are for knowledge workers in the current information management landscape?
Automation and AI capabilities are enabling knowledge workers to gather relevant information more rapidly by providing contextual searching across all their documents, ensuring they can make business decisions more rapidly. These technologies can automate repetitive and mundane tasks, allowing employees to concentrate on more critical business activities.

We have a customer that is using the AI search capability to facilitate the searching of their supplier contracts for clauses and terms. This enables their contracts team to quickly and efficiently ensure they are maintaining compliance with their business rules or request approval for a specific requirement. As a result, they have significantly reduced the time and effort required for contracting, allowing them to go to market faster than their competitors. The next phase will be to enable agentic AI to perform the searching autonomously, only flagging when an exception is detected.
