How long have you been an M-Files partner?
We’ve been a proud M-Files reseller for over 14 years, with more than 350 implementations under our belt.

Why did you choose to become an M-Files Partner?
We love our customers, and we see M-Files also putting the customer experience at the top of mind. Fourteen years ago, we were looking for a platform that could integrate multiple systems to bring that data into documents. We found that in M-Files and decided to try it out ourselves—truly drinking our own champagne. From that moment, we knew that we could rely on M-Files to deliver that delight factor for our customers and we’ve never looked back.

Would you recommend joining the M-Files Partner Program, and why?

Do you target any specific industry or region? If so, which ones?
Our focus is on Professional Services, Finance, and—of course—Energy. We’re based in Texas, and with deep roots in the energy sector, it’s in our blood.

What are the key benefits you provide to customers?
With our deep industry experience and white glove approach, we tailor M-Files to solve use cases in complex technical and regulatory environments. Oftentimes, we achieve this with out-of-the-box functionality and prebuilt modules, but when needed, our development team can create custom vault applications.

What do you like most about M-Files?
Data in context. Using metadata to find and work on your documents, as well as driving workflow, collaboration, integrations, and permissions gives you a high quality result every time. And by design, M-Files makes it difficult for a user to make a mistake that is unrecoverable, giving a sense of security to users and less stress for the IT department. Add on to this AI and you have the best product on the market.

How valuable do you think automation and AI are for knowledge workers in the current information management landscape?
AI helps users surface the right information at the right time—especially in complex industries like oil & gas, where data is fragmented and context is everything. The real value isn’t in replacing people, but in giving them trusted, actionable insights so they can move faster, reduce risk, and focus on higher-value work.

Have you or your customers already experienced its benefits? Can you share some examples?
One energy company is automating the creation of M-Files Hubshare hubs to share documents back and forth with field workers on oil rigs. Another is using M-Files Aino to extract terms from contracts instead of having to read through the entire document.
